1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Reimagine My Space Layouts, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of any updates or modifications.
2. Services Description
Reimagine My Space Layouts provides home renovation, remodeling, and related services including but not limited to interior design, roofing, solar installation, security systems, flooring, and door/window installation. All services are subject to availability and a separate service agreement detailing project scope, timeline, and cost.
3. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are estimates based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, material cost fluctuations, or changes in project scope. Any changes will be communicated and approved in writing before implementation. Deposits are required to secure project scheduling.
4. Payment Terms
Payment schedules are outlined in individual service agreements. Typically: 30% deposit upon signing, 40% at project midpoint, and 30% upon completion. Late payments may incur additional charges. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, bank transfers, and financing options through approved partners.
5. Warranties and Guarantees
We provide warranties on our workmanship ranging from 1 to 10 years depending on the service type. Material warranties are provided by manufacturers and passed through to clients. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing. Damage caused by misuse, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Projects can be cancelled with written notice. Cancellation fees may apply based on work completed and materials ordered. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced or materials have been purchased. Refunds for completed services are evaluated case-by-case.
7. Limitation of Liability
Reimagine My Space Layouts is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for damage to existing structures not disclosed during assessment, or for issues arising from pre-existing conditions.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of USA. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of USA. By using our services, you submit to the jurisdiction of these courts.
